Your work:
- You will get to know all business processes within our company.
- From Marketing to Controlling to Sales, Administration, Purchasing and Production: you will visit all relevant areas and gain a fascinating insight into a variety of business activities.
- Your tasks will include target-oriented planning, management and organisation of company-internal processes.
- At the same time you will gain a good overview of the entire value chain within our company.

Bachelor of Engineering: Electrical Engineering (work-integrated, m/f/x)
Your skills:
Very good technical understanding, Mathematics and Physics majors at school, creativity, ability to work in a team, proactivity.
Your work:
- You will receive a broad specialist knowledge of hard- and software for automation and communications engineering.
- You will be heavily involved in the new and further development of our foot and hand controls for all business units and will be encouraged to voice your own ideas.

Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering (work-integrated, m/f/x)
Your skills:
Good marks in the sciences at school, technical understanding and spatial awareness, creativity, ability to work in a team, proactivity, organised and structured approach to work
Your work:
- You will learn the processes involved in complex technical issues and will contribute to their expedient further development.
- You will find creative solutions to complex mechanical engineering challenges.
- In addition to construction, you will learn how to handle production processes, as well as many aspects of quality management.

Bachelor of Engineering: Digital Technologies (work-integrated, m/f/x)
Your skills:
Very good technical understanding, Mathematics, Computer Science and Electrical Engineering majors at school, good IT skills, ability to work in a team, proactivity, creativity
Your work:
- Together with experienced engineers and technicians, you will work on the new and further development of our product range.
- You will create and implement data-driven processes and will support the new and further development of steute Wireless technology.
- Also relevant for you will be topics such as data protection, IT seecurity and quality assurance for machine learning techniques.
